This is a simple setting that some carts include to add a top-bar notice to the website. Was thinking a couple potential improvements on what I've seen.

  • Parse active template stylesheet, creating a swatch of colors to pick from, as default options for a color picker
  • Integrate with Customizer
  • Allow for placement on top or bottom.
