IOS and custom field filter label issue

Issue

Whenever a scroll is triggered some Safari versions decide to hide the "legend" element, making it invisible, and there is no custom CSS to revert it back.

Expected behavior

The legend should be visible and not be part of the scrollable area.

• This bug happens with only Ajax Search Pro plugin active
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active
• I can reproduce this bug consistently
