Standalone build script via npm build

• Make a new package.json with npm build in focus
• Create a build.js in the main folder, which creates the archive for upload
• Get the webpack build script from the backend-dev branch and transform only for front-end
• Add webpack dev mode to the start scripts
• Add missing dependencies
