Hi, I used to be able to get the access token from the cookies when logged in which I then used for doing active directory queries. However after using the most recent version I can no longer do this. How is it possible to get the access token when logged in?

This must be a pretty old version that would allow you to do so. A long time ago we switched from using cookies to using WordPress user meta, because of the many issues we experienced with cookies e.g. header growing bigger than the allowed size etc. We are currently redesigning the integration and modernize our SharePoint plugin and will publish an integration example on our website in the next few weeks / months.
But for now, your scenario is not supported by our plugin. Also, the free version never retrieved a graph access token - it only retrieves an authorization code and Open ID token. Are you referring to the premium version instead?
I know this is a very old thread but in the latest version of our plugins we now provide an Ajax service that can be consumed by third party app developers. Please consult the online documentation here https://www.wpo365.com/pintra-fx/
