Steps to reproduce:

  • Configure a Stripe Pro-Form for Level 1 access.
  • Configure a Pro-Form Coupon Code that provides 100% off.
  • Configure at least one tax rate for Stripe Pro-Forms.
  • Attempt to complete checkout using the 100% off coupon code.

Observed behavior: Error, Missing State/Province

Expected behavior: The validation routine should bypass the check for State/Province and Zipcode, since there is no money being transacted whatsoever in this scenario.

Next Release Changelog:

  • (s2Member Pro) Stripe Bug Fix: This release fixes a bug in Stripe Pro-Forms where upon a customer applying a 100%-off coupon code, the customer is met with an erroneous error regarding a missing state/zipcode--and only when a site owner has defined a tax configuration file also. Fixed in this release. See also this GitHub issue if you'd like additional details.
