Feature Request: Move "Getting Help" Panel to Main s2Member Menu in Dashboard

The "Getting Help" panel seems out-of-place in the Log Files page. I think it should have its own panel with the menu item being placed directly under "Getting Started". This would greatly improve the visibility of this panel for our users. I also think the panel should include a link to our support page.
