Please check my instructions in the README; I couldn't get writefreely -config to work without first initializing the database, but of course it's how you configure the connection to the database; not sure what's up with that.

The instructions are pretty long. I originally wrote docker-setup.sh to cut down on the amount of steps required to setup WF with docker-compose.

I would recommend updating that bash file to reflect the changes here, and using it to reduce the complexity of the setup process.
