bio-taxonomy_definition_files

In bioinformatics, some files hold information about taxonomy - this is a biogem for parsing some of them. Currently supported:

• IMG (Integrated Microbial Genomics) taxonomy files.

That's all for the moment, greengenes will probably be the next one.

Note: this software is under active development!

Installation

gem install bio-taxonomy_definition_files

Usage

require 'bio-taxonomy_definition_files'

The API doc is online. For more code examples see the test files in the source tree.
