This is a historical bug of MadEdit/wxMEdit that word-wrap does not meet the Unicode® Standard Annex #14: Unicode Line Breaking Algorithm.

e.g. the followed table is excerpted from the standard:

CL Close Punctuation “}”, “❳”, “⟫” etc. Prohibit line breaks before
CP Close Parenthesis “)”, “]” Prohibit line breaks before
EX Exclamation/Interrogation “!”, “?”, etc. Prohibit line breaks before

but all these characters can be breaked before in MadEdit/wxMEdit, and result them at beginning of line. This make Parlez-vous français? may be wraped as incorrect lines Parlez-vous français and ?:
madedit_wrap_bug_en wxmedit_wrap_bug_en

There were more and more incorrect case, check the standard Unicode Line Breaking Algorithm.

It was already fixed at 3bd48b3 at same time as fixing #96 .
wxMEdit compiled with the newest code does meet the Unicode® Standard Annex #14: Unicode Line Breaking Algorithm.
