AttributeError in CustomTreeCtrl (agw) when child windows are destroyed #778

Description of the problem:

The EVT_WINDOW_DESTROY handler is called when child windows are destroyed too. This results in an AttributeError for self._findTimer if further a child windows are destroyed.
