Dom4jDriver and charset #115

Dom4jDriver don't respect charset:

public HierarchicalStreamWriter createWriter(final OutputStream out) {
Writer writer = null;

    if (getOutputFormat() != null)
        writer = new OutputStreamWriter(out, Charset.forName(getOutputFormat().getEncoding()));
        writer = new OutputStreamWriter(out);
    return createWriter(writer);
