Witcher 3 left stick sensitivity issues

Witcher 3 have issues with left stick sensitivity:

Is anyone else having a tough time getting used to the controls of the game? Its as though the character goes from 0-100 in movement like instantaneously. I'm finding it really hard to move around in some areas. Namely inside buildings, on stairs and such.

I tried to set "Left Thumb - Sensitivity" to 100% but it still have a very low effect on Witcher 3. When I manually change the "100" to "1000" in the config file it doesn't have any effect.

I'm using Genius Maxfire Blaze 3.

Could you allow thumb sensitivity > 100% or fix it another way please?

It looks like sensitivity settings don't work at all. I tried to set a dead zone to 95% but it doesn't change anything!
