Please provide appveyor.yml file for enabling CI on forked repo #2071

VS is a RAM bloat and I would like to quickly test the changes I made. Also I think it would help new contributors without having to spin up a VM every-time.

It would be even more cool if you could do the same for x64dbgpy!

You can set up your own AppVeyor instance. Once you create a pull request the main AppVeyor instance will run before merging.
