there is a proposal to add support for the pseudo language REIL (Reverse Engineering Intermediate Language) , this would be more logical than creating your own project here -

The Reverse Engineering Intermediate Language (REIL) is a meta-assembly language that can be used to write platform-independent analysis algorithms. The basic idea behind REIL-integration in BinNavi is that REIL translators exist that translate native assembly code into REIL code.

BinNavi is now an open project, so there is enough information.

An example of working with this pseudocode can be found here - and here -
