Should a completed todo taken back?

Should user take back any todos which are completed status ?

yes, you're right but I think new closed todos must shown on active todos page in a while. Forcing people to click all todos, search wrongly closing todo and reopen this todo is just stupid.

I'm putting this issue to the next milestone ;)
