I've got an object that overrides #send (since it makes sense in the domain). rspec-fire should use send since that's meant to be a safe way to dynamically send a message. There's a couple places in rspec-fire that use #send currently (just to overcome privateness, I think). I'll probably take a stab at this at some point but wanted to report it for now so it's not forgotten.
Use __send__ in case classes have overriden it.
