Does this mean using transparent colours adversely affects skin performance?

topfs2 replied Jun 18, 2011

Well it shouldn't, atleast not yet, jmarshallz branch with front to back rendering might affect this though, I'm somewhat unsure on the details with this.
Normal rendering as is on gles and gl shouldn't be affected by this yet, we still always have tell the gpu to do the blending (and we have to)

Yeah I did this on request from jmarshall who is working on some stuff like topfs2 said. Plus they were really only transparent because of me being slack :)
