Description

  1. added 10bit output if supported. Allow output 10bit videos without convert them to 8bit. unfortunately HDR is still in progress.
  2. added possibility to use separate device for decoding (disabled by default). it allow avoid lockups of device's context

Tested in run-time with x64 build

it's disabled because some nvidia and amd drivers can't handle shared textures properly (intel does)
