what the title says..
Cleaner/clearer code and a tad more efficient/faster (smaller HTTP request, less memory).
This is a just a quick cleanup commit. I've got a lot more in the pipeline, but ran into a merge conflict with some older fixes I had lying around and don't feel like sorting that out now; it's already late.
cleanup - removed unreferenced functions, moved dangling variable dec…
double-bump (to match addon.xml)
This was dangling further down in the file. JS interprets it this way (vars declared immediately) anyway, plus the code is now more obvious.
This was never referenced.
Hmmm... comments auto-imported from commit comments..
Thanks for the cleanup. Where is the change for the smaller HTTP request which you mention in the PR description?
PS: FYI changes (i.e. not bug fixes) are only accepted till October 10th (ideally October 9th because they still need to be reviewed and merged till October 10th) so if you have any other improvements for the webinterface you don't have much more time to get them into the next release.
Ah, the smaller HTTP request is the smaller JS file; sorry if that was confusing..
October 9? I can hit that deadline :)
