only OSX for now, others will follow in next few days

be aware that XBMC.xcodeproj will still exist in root as it also contains user prefs that are not in git.

skunkworks:xbmc-git davilla$ ls XBMC.xcodeproj/
davilla.mode1v3
davilla.pbxuser

users need to mv these manually into the new location, we can't automate it then rm the old XBMC.xcodeproj dir in root

base sdk in project setting is set to 10.7, it should be set to 'latest Mac OS'

@davilla , base sdk set to latest

how do we handle the old xcode project that is hanging in the root?

user will have to fix it up manually, there's nothing we can do to automate this.

how about also redirecting the build dir too, so it does not make on in projects.

@davilla I have thought about moving build dir and I actually like it in project ... doesnt pollute the root. your call where you want it.

xcode build of xbmc.app is still using /build so this will have to change too.

also any scripts that ref the old location will have to change.

buildslaves will also needs fixes as they will reference the old locations but we can fix that after inject.
