Provides the interface for modems on Samusung S5PV210
between userspace and a modem communicating via OneDRAM and some GPIOs.

This driver supports both the XMM6160 and the STE M5730.

This should probably be:
1) Split into seperate modem/onedram drivers
2) Be put over the Galaxy S3 APIs
