• Fix Perl plugin: It will not be broken whenever new macOS is released.
• Localization based on Base.lproj+strings

Thanks to @rcombs, who fixed everything below:

• Bump up OpenSSL version. (not using macOS one anymore)
• Links will be marked as links. They will be a blue link and show link cursors.
• Fix automatic scrolling.
• Fix channel list shrinking when preferences are saved.
• Highlighting works better.
• Clicking notification will bring that channel to front
• Better styled notifications for PRIVMSG

NOTE: This version is not published and not recommended. You will experience problem if you didn't install openssl with homebrew in your local machine.

Fix SSL connection error - finally, really, done

This version fix the crash/cert error of SSL connection, especially for 2nd one.

Fix crashes for SSL connections

This version doesn't fix SSL problem perfectly.
Instead of it, this version fixes the SSL crash problem as "before" - which allows you to connect first SSL connection.
Second SSL connection will not working.
