README Adjustment #21

I just found the ievms project and wanted to make the installation instructions a little more clear. I, of course, decided to try and make a VM in Virtual Box first without really thinking everything through. After that failed, I realized that I need to pull down the ievm images and Virtual Box would just pick them up. I figured I'd make it a little more clear - though I'm not certain I accomplished that.
