Tested on xenia-project/xenia@9deb710

Menus run fine. Tried to play Instant Action, and it does technically reach ingame, but it runs at less than 1FPS and is unplayable.

On Jan 29, 2023 build, performance is more than playable but the lighting renders the environment as highly washed out

@Alumlovescake on Youtube has found a fix! Setting d3d12_readback_resolve=true fixes the lighting issue

as of 7/8/23 if you use the setting d3d12_readback_resolve=true in the xenia config then the game won't have lighting issues and it plays perfectly. (once again thanks to @Alumlovescake on yt for finding this) I've noticed frame drops and stutters when the game loads but during gameplay it's stable and perfectly playable within the singleplayer campaign and the team deathmatch with ai.

Will setting d3d12_readback_resolve to TRUE mess up other games when this is set in the config to fix this this game? Any way to make this GAME SPECIFIC instead?
