Release Type: Official Release

Version: 3.1.0.1-beta01-0430

Platform(s): Tested windows

Describe the bug
When adding a nuget reference to a code library, an unhandled exception occurs in AssetCompiler

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
See https://github.com/boriscallens/XenkoBuildRepro
Or

  1. Create new game project
  2. In the windows project add var instance = new Class1("test"); somewhere in the main method;
  3. In the code library (where the basiccameracontroller) is add log4net and have a Class1 inherit from Logger (or any other nuget ref and relevant code)
  4. Compile

Expected behavior
Compile without error

Additional context
Looking at the Bin/Windows/Debug folder does show the correct libraries.
Moving the class (and the nuget reference) into the windows library resolves the issue suggesting it doesn't matter what the nuget is.
