[codex] Remove 0.6 release notes from release branch

Summary

Remove docs/releases/v0.6.0.md from release-0.6 because the 0.6 release note should land on main instead of the release branch.

Context

PR #476 was already merged into release-0.6, so this cleanup reverts that release-note file from the release branch while preserving the published branch state otherwise.

A separate PR will add the same release note to main.

Validation

• Confirmed PR [codex] Add 0.6 release notes #476 is merged into release-0.6 via merge commit 5c9cc6e0711e5d0652d08539c545c20366d70059.
• Confirmed the cleanup branch deletes only docs/releases/v0.6.0.md.
• Ran git diff --check on the cleanup diff.
