Validate messages are unclear and undocumented #266

I am getting 3 relation-invalid-tag control warnings in one of my appstream metadata files, but it doesn't mean anything to me. It's not in the man page and I couldn't find any resource online explaining this any better.

I think these messages should be documented with a deep explanation of what they mean, and this documentation resource should be pointed to in the output of the validate command

More details on my case in particular:

You can pass --explain to the appstreamcli validate command to get a very verbose explanation of what the individual tags mean.
When using that, you will get output like this:

This is documented in the help text of the validate subcommand appstreamcli validate --help but wasn't present in the manual page. I just added it there.
The tags in your file aren't actually invalid per-se though, they are part of the upcoming AppStream 0.12.11 release and you are using an older validator. You probably got the tags from the MetaInfo Creator, and I should probably not have the generator produce them until AppStream 0.12.11 is released.

FWIW, this is worked around in Debian now, and I am planning to also get this done for the next Ubuntu LTS, as I expect the control relation to be quite commonly used.
