AppStream cache update completed, but some metadata was ignored due to errors.

I know this is well recognised bug but I still can't get any help in launchpad.
for me it has never hanged forever at 100% but I've always had this error message.
I've already installed the fix which was linked on the launchpad and already try to do a refresh forced....
Already erase appstreamcli before to instal lthe fix.
any ideas?

by the way it doesn't happen all the time. just from time to time when apt is calling DEP-11 and I don't know why it does either.
