Btw, if your xgettext version is recent enough, you can actually translate the metainfo files more easily using gettext only - Intltool is likely not needed at all anymore for any new project. |

Add enough information to the intltool section of the metadata quickstart to show how to get the appstream XML file translated.
This commit is not tested. I found straightforward building, (Travis) testing, and xml validation was not practical.
