It would be really nice if there were a way to prevent Excel from becoming the active window on Workbook instantiation.
This is a minor workflow issue, but get's kind of annoying when you are at the shell prompt or in a Jupyter notebook and the focus changes when you create or connect to a workbook, forcing you to switch back to your terminal window.
Usually I forget it even happened if I am working really fast. Maybe this is just an OS thing and there is no way to prevent it but wanted to put it out there.
