Range('A1', atleast_2d=True).value has no effect if the Range consists of a single cell #53

Range('A1', atleast_2d=True).value should return [[1.0]] I guess instead of 1.0

It's actually even failing if combined with asarray=True:

line 388, in value
data = [[np.nan if x is None else x for x in i] for i in data]
TypeError: 'float' object is not iterable
