I noticed a few of these were missing compared to what I have in /usr/include/X11/XF86keysym.h (Arch Linux, xproto 7.0.28).

The file says it is generated from somewhere, but I couldn't find out what is used to do that (I manually added in the missing lines). For future reference, what is used to generate these files?

Is there anything missing here? It seems to be a relatively simple change that I would like to see merged.

Can someone with write access please merge this request? This is also holding up xmonad/xmonad-contrib#27.
