Hi @xolox,

I've started exploring your plugin and while there are many interesting features. I've found myself being unable to save any notes due to file type conflict I believe.

I'm a keen user of markdown. So I've added the vim-pandoc-syntax to my arsenal in order to handle markdown/pandoc syntax. I've also set the g:notes_suffix variable to .md. When I open a new note using the vim-notes plugin, the file type is automatically set as pandoc since this is my preferred syntax for notes. However, if the file type is set to pandoc the vim-notes plugin fail to save the notes.

From my understanding of the xolox#notes#save, the document is only saved if it's type is note. Thus the alternative is to change the file type to notes in order to save the document which is a bit cumbersome. I would like to know whether there's an alternative to this problem?
