Is it possible to create headings in your notes? eg 'H1' and 'H2' so that

a) you would get a heading style bold underline
b) you could later 'index' the file and create a mapping or contents list based off the heading structure.

If there is already another way to achieve this very interested to know.

Maybe it's not documented very well, but you create headings by typing one or more # characters at the start of the line (just like with Markdown). The number of # characters defines the heading's level, so # is 'H1', ## is 'H2', etc. Once you've created some headings you can enable Vim's support for text folding using the Vim command :set foldenable at which point you will get an easy to navigate outline of headings. Does this help?

Okay, I'll see if I can explain this better in the readme. I'll close this issue now. Happy Vimming!
