The zhfonts.py not only overwrites the fontname.def file, but also replaces the FangSong font for shuji.
This is a trivial refinement.
thuthesis.dtx: use (xe)CJKfntef to underline bachelor title
To draw the underline for bachelor's thesis title, the old method uses latex picture. For long title that spans two lines, the first underline will be of constant length, which can make the output not so good, especially when the title contains English words (as in the sample), or when alternative manual line breaking is wanted. Use \CJKunderline provided by (xe)CJKfntef can eliminate this issue. The underline will be always along with the texts. Note that xeCJKfntef will be called automatically when we require CJKfntef using xelatex with ctex documentclass.
update master cover (ref issue #59)
cf. github issue #65.
Thuthesis will customize the title format, so it's unnecessary for ctexbook to do it. In fact ctexbook's customization brings #63. This commit should fix it.
CJKspace is needed in CJK mode to preserve the space between Chinese and English characters.
remove outdated compatibility code (issue47)
This should fix the issue: #47

thuthesis.dtx: fix pageno postion for master/doctor
Transition to ctex
We now use ctex's Chinese font family macros instead of shorthand ones (\fangsong vs \fs). This is to provide a simple and standard font switching interface.
* ctex use YouYuan as the Chinese sans-serif font, which is not desired in the template.
* base on ctexbook. Use UTF8 option. Thus can compile with pdflatex. (Note that GBK support is to be verified.) * fontname.def use standard xeCJK syntax. Note it will be used only when nofonts option is specified and when xelatex is used.
