  2. [Misc] Fixed regressions introduced by commit ade4046 which moved the… 

    … deprecated IncludeMacroParameters.getDocument() method to xwiki-platform-legacy-rendering-*. The main problem was that a lot of our code was still using {{include document="..."/}} (instead of {{include reference="..."/}}). The other problem was that I made a mistake and forgot to check for an empty "document" parameter.
