Add an option to enable LDAPS

The LDAPS is supported only from xwiki.cfg (see https://store.xwiki.com/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/ActiveDirectoryApplication#HDoestheapplicationsupportLDAPS3F), we should add an option to support it from the UI.
