Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have 2 users created - Admin and simple user
  2. As Admin go to Administer Wiki > Extensions > Extensions
  3. Search for 'Active Directory Application'
  4. Click on 'Install' and 'Continue'
  5. Click on the Notification bell
  6. Click on the License section "The following extensions do not have a valid license. Please visit the Licenses section."
  7. Complete the required info
  8. Click on Get Trial
  9. Log out
  10. Log in as Admin and simple user

Expected results: The users can log in the instance.

I have reproduced this issue following the generation of the "Trial" licence. The "Enable the XWiki authentication" property is set to "Yes" by default which means the login should work with an XWiki user. A wiki restart seems to fix the authentication issue for XWiki users which means we should not consider this ticket as "Blocker". Tested on FF with XS 11.10.12 (Jetty distribution).
