Ability to configure a maximum file size for which to perform upload scans #25
Description
Building on #24, it would be useful to be able to configure a file size for which not to perform upload time scanning, as it would risk blocking the user for too long, while waiting for a large file to be scanned.
Such "skipped" files will be scanned eventually, when the scheduled scan takes place.
This allows to mitigate #24 even further and increase the server maximum file size, while not affecting upload scan wait times. Scheduled scans can afford to spend some extra time on the scanning for larger files.
