Cannot edit attachments if the page name contains an &

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page that contains & in the name (e.g. A&B)
2. Click on New office file and create the test.odt file
3. Try to edit in the opened editor

Expected result:
You can edit the file

Actual result:
The file is opened in view mode
