Use the main wiki configuration in case other value is not set at subwiki level

Right now, the configuration page comes without values (no server and no value for enable/disable)

This means that in case you want to change the server, you'll have to change this configuration on each subwiki.

The expected behavior would be that after installing the application, the main wiki configurations should be the one considered for each wiki, in case other value wasn't set
