Documents with special chars in the name can't be opened with Collabora

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an office file with special chars in the name as attachment to any page ex.
   Te$t with #special + ch@rs - test. It's ^a test! Test ~1 = and (2) & {3}, [4]. 100% a test 1; 2` 3; 5.docx
2. Click on Collabora

Expected results: The document is accessible and editable with Collabora.

Actual results: The document isn't accessible with Collabora

NOTE: This happens with all docs from the office suite that have special chars in the name.

Environment: Cloud XWiki 15.10.8, Collabora Connector Application (Pro) 1.3.4, Chrome 126, Windows 11
