The Cookie Consent App is not displayed in the Applications panel. People who want to configure it, might not know how to navigate to the "Cookie Consent Setup" page.

Bug fixes and improvements for the following issues: 
- The disclaimer in the consent popup links to xwiki.com Cookie Policy #1
- Cookie Consent App isn't displayed in the Applications panel #2
- Cannot configure box type #3
- Cannot add the consent popup at the top of the page #4
- Cannot change Background and Foreground colors #5
- Cannot configure opacity #6
- Improve "Trigger pop-up manually" section in the Cookie Consent Setup #7
- Box popup should be centered #8
