Steps to reproduce:

  1. Edit a diagram
  2. Click on File > New Library >Browser
  3. Drag and drop some images > Save
  4. Click on File > New Library >Device
  5. Drag and drop some images > Save
  6. Click on File > Open Library from >Browser

Expected results: The user can create a new library with images saving it on Browser or Device. He can also open the libraries.

Actual results: The user can't add images to the library's, or open any library.

Environment: Windows 10, Chrome 77, XWiki 10.11.9 and 8.4.5, Diagram 1.10
