Styling is not working in the pop-up, lists disappear in the top bar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on Create
2. Add a title > Create
3. Choose Start Date > Now and Groups > XWikiAllGroup
4. Add in the Message description some text with different styling: italic, bold, superscript, subscript, strikethrough, underline, ordered list, unordered list
5. Click on Save & View
6. Check the display in the pop-up and in the top bar

Expected results: The styling are applied in the top bar and in the pop-up.

Actual results: No styling is working in the pop-up, in the top bar the lists disappear and only the first entry of the list is shown.

Environment: Windows 10, XWiki 10.11.2 with MySQL 5.7 and Edge 18
