STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Open XWiki through an Incognito/Private browser instance
  2. Click on Forums App from Applications Panel

EXPECTED RESULTS

The Forums home page tour starts with the 'Welcome to the Forum Application!' box and continues with 'Add forum', 'Forums livetable' and 'Most Active Topics'.
The tour can be accessed anytime from Forums home page, by clicking on 'Show tour' button in the bottom right of the page.

ACTUAL RESULTS

When clicked on Forums App from Applications Panel, no tour is displayed. Furthermore, there is no 'Show tour' button in the bottom right of the page, therefore the tour cannot be accessed on demand.
