User name is showing as syntax when adding a comment to an answer

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on a forum
2. Click on a topic
3. Add an answer
4. Add a comment to the answer
5. Login with a different user
6. Click on the created topic
7. Add a comment on the previous answer

Expected results: The comment is added.

Actual results: The comment is added but the user name appears as a syntax.
