Cannot add more than one answer to a topic

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to a forum
2. Click on a topic
3. Click 'Add answer' button and write an answer
4. Click 'Add answer'
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4

EXPECTED RESULTS

Another answer is added to the respective topic.

ACTUAL RESULTS

When click on the 'Add answer' button to write another answer, nothing happens. Also, no error related to the issue is displayed in console on Chrome 65.

Environment: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, Chrome 65

The fix for #8 also solve this issue. JavaScript errors caused by the bad answer ids are gone.
