Fix the google links from the Administration section

The registering for OAuth access on Google.com and Google's registration documentation links are not up to date anymore.

Links regarding OAuth are listed in other places and do not seem to be consistent:

• App description inside the Administration section (Google Apps Integration Configuration)
• App description on the store page (https://store.xwiki.com/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/GoogleAppsIntegration)
• App homepage: http://<server>/xwiki/bin/view/GoogleApps/
  Maybe we need a configuration regarding the Google documentation we include in pages.

IIRC, the first and the third bullets are the same, meaning that the App configuration, gets the content from the homepage. For the second one, I'm not sure how we could synchronize the documentation used in the source code and the documentation published on Store. Other extensions could be in the same case.
