Missing French Translations

Preconditions: Have a French wiki.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in
2. Click on Idées from Applications
3. Click on the Creer button
4. Add a title to the new idea
5. Click on the Creer button
6. Observe the status (Statut) selections

Expected results: All labels and text are in french.

Actual results: The selection appears in English - "Open / Closed / Rejected"

NOTE: After Save & View the status appears in French, also in the Idées LiveTable.

Environment: Windows 10, XWiki 10.11.2 MySQL 5.7 and Edge 18, Ideas Application (Pro) 1.11
